📢 Important Farm Update 📢 A rare and unsettling e 📢 Important Farm Update 📢 A rare and unsettling event has occurred at Apple Tree Farm… Our core admin team have abandoned ship at the same time and headed off for a well-earned long weekend of adventuring. 😱 The remaining team members were understandably struggling with the emotional impact of this unprecedented separation, so emergency measures were swiftly implemented. As you can see, life-sized (well… chair-sized) replacements have been installed around the office to provide comfort, reassurance, and the illusion that someone is still answering emails. 🪑❤️ Fear not! The out-of-office replies are activated, the farm is still running as normal, and the rest of the team are being supported through this difficult period with regular coffee breaks and emotional support from the animals. Normal levels of admin chaos will resume on Tuesday 9th June. The powers that be have been informed once again but please remain vigilant when engaging online sellers and check your sources. We rarely advertise animals for sale anywhere but through our own website and social media channels. And most significantly, we do not even own cows! 🤷🏽‍♀️

The ducks bedtime routine is as reliable as the we The ducks bedtime routine is as reliable as the weather at the moment. Some nights they’re holding a rage parade around the farm house, threatening a duck coup and demanding immediate access to their quarters. Other nights they will have us running around the farm shouting ‘come on then, bed time!’ like we are wildlife sopranos, opening gates to free them from fields they willingly entered and seemingly can’t get out of. It’s like a guessing game, you never know if you will feel threatened by them or have to threaten them. Such fun! 🦆🦆🦆

We have been told that during the busy times of 12-3pm access will be best from the High Bickington end and the crew should allow you through if you tell them you’re visiting us.

It's great to see familiar and new faces return to our home education groups - the farm was buzzing today. This half term will fly by and with so much to do, we’re worried it’ll be over before we know it. 🤩
🌿 Farm Closure Notice 🌿 After a very busy and br 🌿 Farm Closure Notice 🌿 After a very busy and brilliant Easter HAF programme, Apple Tree Farm will now be closed until Monday 27th April. This short pause gives our amazing team (and our even harder-working animals 🐐🐑) a well-deserved rest and time to recharge. Over the past few weeks, the farm has been full of energy, learning, laughter and a lot of muddy boots — and while we wouldn’t have it any other way, a little quiet time is definitely needed! The farm phone and office will be unmanned for a few days but some of our amazing admin team will step in undercover periodically to pick up anything that is extremely urgent. Thank you all for your continued support and understanding 💚 We look forward to welcoming everyone back refreshed and ready for the next term. Until then… the animals are clocking off too 🐑😴
